    From memory FLC was to put in a FLC system in a hospital in Ethiopia which seems a pretty poor country , suppose to be going in this quarter

    Poster Pixie , I traveled through India , Malaysia, Indonesia , Nepal , Thailand 30 years ago , so their practices may have changed now , but it was like that in all the $2 a night doss houses I stayed at , except Thailand and Malaysia
