The stock price needs someone with optimism of the forward prospects to take out the sceptics and build the right hand side of the head and shoulder. The overhang needs to be removed take it higher.

My thoughts exactly.
We need a couplr of orders of say $5m + each in a large market(s) before people will think of FLC as a serious longterm investment.
However, getting such a relatively large order in such a remote location does bode well for the future.
