Of note is the response to the question, "What confidence is held in the SPS guidance of $35 to 50m ?"
In my own shorthand version, $3,7m achieved in Q1, plus $23m already in backlog, due for completion in FY 2021. So $27m already effectively in the bag.
$8m still required to achieve the lower end of $35m.

The $8m is supported by an estimate that the 3 Chinese high volume partners have a further $50m of business to conclude (not all in FY 2021). A number like that is not plucked from the air without thought, so gives me some confidence on the companies expectations on growth.

38.2m has already been hit. 27m backlog plus 3.7 recognised revenue for q1, plus 7.5m in confirmed new business wins in q1 already published in latest q1 management report. Richard is correct in saying q1 is traditionally slow for fluence, in q1 2019 sps revenue was 2.8m and each quarter ramping up with the year ended 20.7m, rinse and repeat 2020 with q1 sps revenue 2.9m and year ended with 32.4m. In all likelihood by end of 2021 should easily surpass midpoint forecast of 42.5m
