First question right off the bat to Tom,

Why did you join Fluence?

In short, " Well after a full day with Richard I became intrigued with MABR and the exciting growth prospects".

Tom made comments about the importance of "proof and experience" within the very conservative and slow water industry. The industry needs to see proof that product actually works and there is experience in delivering that proof. With over 300 MABR sites around the world in operation and delivering enables Fluence that proof and experience.

Overall, Tom came across as confident and to the point.

Richard mentioned that as Tom has had only 6 weeks in the job, they might be in a better position to share more on the 5 year strategy at the next AGM.

Interesting comments from Richard on the China situation with Covid and the pleasing growth across other Asia countries.
