    Hi @AC792 - I am struggling a bit to understand all the loans & debt facilities. I can see were you are coming from with your EV calculation but I can not see were you take debt into account ?

    Yes there is a figure of US$38.4M short/long term liquid investments but my read is they have drawn US$22.2Mil as debt at between 1% & 12% with a cost that I assume is the US$665,000 interest paid

    I can't work out were the US$3.285Mil 'Investments, net' comes from ?

    I guess what I am asking, of anyone better at unravelling these financials, is what is the current total debt situation that needs to be taken into account when calculating EV - I find it hard to figure out what you say about the company MC trading at more or less cash on hand.

    ANy help from those more knowledgable than me would be much appreciated - thanks
