I agree with the both of you, just not enough awareness or hype. People who don't know any better assume world class water just comes out of the tap everywhere. However I believe there's definitely a good risk reward ratio currently if you're patient. If inflation tears along value investors (if they exist any more) will come hunting and a focus on ESG isn't going anywhere. One or two funds interested in taking a reasonable piece of FLC will move the price a fair amount, which will in turn drive some attention etc etc.
I picked up another small parcel yesterday ahead of today's quarterly. Now I can say I'm looking forward to averaging up in future
