    @Relax1 it appears the BNP retail acc is used by funds and indivual holders as the pic below show this account having to disclose sub holder notices. Nominee accounts with multiple holders dont have to disclose when 5% or more as its more than 1 entity.

    In this case below it was Aurora funds using the BNP retail acc which turned out to be a messy takeover offer for KBC. The BNP account Aurora used (red circle in pic) is the exact same account as the 20 mill FLC holding. Not saying its Aurora but just showing that this 20 mill is likely 1 entity.
