    A generally good report and shows an uptrend in earnings. A surprise pick up is on the unprecedented low Admin and Corporate Cost in this 3Q.

    Admin and Corporate Cost:
    3Q 2019 $2.773m
    3Q 2020 $1.894m
    1Q 2021 $1.665m
    2Q 2021 $1.176m
    3Q 2021 $0.574m

    Net Cash from Operation Activities in 4Q 2020 of an increased of $33.396m was due to the $34m payment released from Ivory Coast. I would expect A positive cash flow from operation in this 4Q which will include half of the $8.5m from Cambodia.
