I feel like with the new CFO having worked very closely with Tom for so long, and the hiring that is ramping up in the states, that the US push is beginning to grow legs, even though everything plays out slower than one thinks.

A little linked-in sleuth says Ben Fash is only recently (July 2021) in a new appointment, so possible he's been poached specifically... or it's jobs for the boys, but one hopes not.
