I was gonna flip this stock for a quick short term gain but your insight made me decide to hold this stock until fundamental factors convince me otherwise, new contracts from China SOEs is a significant positive wild card not factored in my valuation, which btw shows current SP trading at discount, not sure how you came up with "fair value at the moment". Also imo new CEO delay IC revenue recognition on purpose, just like all new CEOs begin their first earning report with write offs, they like to dump all negatives at beginning to depress SP in short term with only positive announcements going forward to show how great they are . Time will tell. Good luck!
