I think management are thinking in shareholders best interests.
I posted previously the discrepancy in valuation between Aqua Venture, a desal company listed in the USA, and Fluence.
Aqua Venture $900m mc with $110m rev
Fluence $250m mc with $90m rev

Management seem committed to realising the full potential value of Fluence for shareholders.
Investors on the ASX value Fluence approximately 3x less than its US counterpart.
Would you rather Fluence at 82c or $2.40?
