    Not sure why the company would make a song and dance over the strategic corner stone investor coming on board during trading halt, and then when they announce placement they don't allow the market to decide whether they believe it is a valuable 'corner stone' investor. A silent 'corner stone' under 5%, doesn't really makes sense to me. More to come?
