Morganp and YWtoh, I think you're both on the right track, and if so this just adds risk to our investment.
I didn't see any mention of escrow so the new investor has no ties to the company other his investment, same as you and me, no commitment.
The other thing is the possibility of a US listing resulting in a delisting on the ASX. But with a market cap of only around US$266 m I'm not sure it would be feasible. If this happened it just adds complications for Oz shareholders not only from the point of view of currency exchange rates etc but also the US tax regime.
Changing my sentiment from buy to hold for now.
