We've got to remember that investment funds compete with each other too for business from Clients.
It's not abnormal for a fund to keep low on the radar when buying stock, as if they think they're on to a winner that their competitors don't know about they'd want to keep it that way.
Agree with @prowiz that after the initial $10M placement @ 85c, they may look to add on market, which is only a good thing for us shareholders.
