Be careful when you buy FLC. It's China centric and China is now painted as the bad boy by the US. Since China began to open up and reform its economy in 1978, GDP growth has averaged almost 10 percent a year, and more than 850 million people have been lifted out of poverty. China's rural sector now needs that uplift because they want 400m people in the rural sector to get their waste water treated. But the USA now wants China to not succeed. So DYOR. Stay well away from FLC if you don't like China.
