    The plant is in Ensenada. Its the same size and location as Fluence. Bonilla announced yesterday they are accepting the revised proposal. Its Fluence plant. I cant be bothered posting all the info. People need to do more research before guessing. All i will post is a screenshot of the NADB site showing the fluence plant metrics. Its identical to the one Bonilla has just accepted the proposal for.
