Keeping tabs of the progress in Cambodia. According to the link above, the two projects are almost completed. See above link. Following, I should expect commissioning in the next month or so for both plants. Why is this significant for me? Sihanoukville has seen unprecedented amount of investments from China and they want to do it with adoption of new technology. There is still a lot of development to do. They would want to learn from operating these two plants. FLC has to ensure they meet the operating parameters.They will be learning platforms for the deployment of MABR for the rest of the country.

All these are are my assumptions from reading the recent announcements. Caveats apply.
