Thanks for sharing. Great find, James. I noticed the emphasis on the words “latest technology”. This is what I have been trying to allude to when I said about the change of mindset in Asia.

Just as China embraced technology to leapfrog the old, other South East Asian countries have caught on and are doing the same. They have seen how new technology helps improve people’s lives. Not so in the West, where I detect a certain reticence, especially in the municipal sector in the USA.

I hope this momentum continues in the rest of Asia. MABR doesn’t seem like such a long shot anymore. I sense a certain hunger from Cambodia. Glad it is gathering pace for us over there.
