Hi @Relax1. I have read your past work on Cambodia. My bad for not getting excited about it then. The "woke" moment for me came when I saw this : http://cambodiainsiders.com/singaporean-to-investors-in-sihanoukville-wastewater-system-project-after-covid-19/.

Then it clicked. China is Cambodia's biggest investor. Cambodia is part of the Belt Road Initiative (BRI). China adopted and perfected Singapore's method of building SEZ which Singapore did 50 years ago. Cambodia is now building SEZ's with Chinese help. It's a replay of China's development model again, beginning with coastal cities and then moving in land.

Now, we are seeing interest from Singaporean investors. I now get it. If Singapore brings in their expertise, they would want to be interested in incorporating MABR into their portfolio because the thinking is always build with breakthrough technologies, and get onto the learning curve. Don't forget, we recycle and drink our own waste water. Imagine, the length we go to get on the learning curve.

Once we get on the learning curve, Singapore investors would want to introduce MABR to other far flung places beginning with ASEAN countries eg Laos, The more technological savvy we are, the more skill sets we have and the more relevant we are. That is our ethos. The embrace of MABR will mean that FLC will now work closer with Singapore enterprises, which was why FLC presented at Singapore Water Association (SWA) in Jan 2021.
