China is a known quantity.
They reduced their transmissibility through hard-nosed measures and they will get their workforce back even at 60% capacity. that should be enough to manufacture critical components for western business.
I think Western countries will suffer of course and 3rd world will suffer even more, but that most business will continue at a reduced rate and that china will be the known quantity and potentially be able to recover faster and more strongly once this becomes a 'fact of life'.
