Don't forget they stated they were being very conservative with their forecast for SPS growth, so they may have only given themselves a 50/50 chance of winning the tender.. Anyway, I bought some more today at 28.5c. Average is still well above market having bought a lot at cap raising price, but at least it's under 40c now.
