Run rate means if you extrapolate the stated period to an annual basis equivalent, that is what the annualised figure would be.
So if 2H17 (second half of FY17) is $90m run rate, H2 revenue is:
= $90m (annual) / 2 (half year period)
= $45m in revenue for 2H17 (i.e this current 6 month period 1 July to 31 Dec)
