A few who watch closely may have noted that JP Morgan having been the largest buyer here for some time, $1.3 purchased since the beginning of April making them the largest net buyers by a factor of 10 with an average buy price at 47.37c
These insto buyers are better researched and better funded than most can ever hope to be and they are putting considerable dough into FLC on market. The fact that they are buying on market is somewhat telling as in general an insto looking for a large parcel would approach the company and offer a CR.
