    Hey guys.. this seems like an absolutely massive announcement, but the reaction doesn seem to match it. Is it because forum members have been waiting for so long.. or is it that most of the 190 million will go into costs? Any body want to sport a guess at what percentage of the 190 million, after paying contractors and other costs, might end up in the coffers?
