Hi @stockrock. We now know what took them so long to complete CP. ASHRA probably felt the exposure was too large and therefore got SACE to come in and take some of the risk, creating another set of paperwork, agreements etc that needed to be rectified.

Like everyone else, surprised VINCI,(revenues for 3Q2020 of Euro30bn) is in the act. They probably wanted to make sure the financing to be in place so as to commit to the work. VINCI's involvement is an endorsement of FLC. FLC, a mere flea to a behemoth compared to them. To be willing to be the sub-con to FLC is a vote of confidence of the project's viability. I really hope FLC's international reputation will be enhanced several fold following the completion of the project, that they can handle future tough and complex projects anywhere in the world.

IC has bought FLC some time to really bring SPS to the forefront of decentralisation. Some bulk orders from China with Aspiral Micro would certainly cement the trend that decentralisation is fully here to be reckoned with. These are questions that need to be asked of Henry tomorrow. He probably cannot give details, except to say, they are working on the bids, and that announcements will be made when projects are secured.

Any bulk order wins will set the share price alight, IMHO. The next 12 months hang in the balance whether we will finally get the institutional limelight that it deserves.
