@sell IMO FLC will list in the US and raise at the same time, diluting aussie retail as much as possible (if it's not taken private first before listing in the US). The reloader and all US interests issued shares as part of previous raises (who have offloaded at a loss suppressing price) will be rewarded with cheap shares on US listing.
