I usually watch these on my phone, but watched this one on my laptop. I don't know if its the laptop bringing it to life or the amount of concrete going up around the place, but boy, what a project and the size is enormous.

You can see the risks and potential delays with such a project. I'm sure the community will benefit significantly but you can see why Richard and the team has changed direction with the SPS approach to reduce risk and improve profitability. Bring on the Operation and Maintenance contract.

Just a random but obvious Friday thought.
