However, precisely when is the best time to buy must be your decision.
I trade primarily on Elder's divergences and add in a couple of extra indicators including volume, on which I place a large emphasis.
Works well for me, but took 3+ years to clarify, during which I read one book 20 times. Maybe I'm a slow learner.
Whatever technique you use, I honestly think you should own it. It should be one you trust, rather than relying on anonymous interweb posters.
