It looks to me like the posters above fall into 2 categories; 1) those who real the first bullet points and they said "Yeah Yeah"!; 2) those who went to the bottom and looked at the Outlook, particularly the Smart Products Solution down to $26m and they said "No No!"
Have a look in the middle of the announcement. The drop in SPS is due to a mix shift to Custom Engineered Solutions. The new facility will be used to fund the San Quintin project from 51% to 94% and thereby book extra revenue of $4.5m. The FY EBITDA comment that it's conditional on financial close of Ivory Coast close.
Seems to me its business as usual; but the market is going to smack it today! I'll probably buy the dip!
