I take that comment back. Henry stated in the conference call the final assembly cost is "extremely inexpensive". Reading between the lines, it appears China wants to re-brand/produce the product before installation to alleviate any stigma of a US/AUS company proving critical infrastructure. We provide everything they need, but they do final production so it can be perceived as a "Chinese" product. This is very common globally with companies claiming "Made in China" or "Made in Australia" despite majority of base components coming from elsewhere.
