    That's a fair call and your assumption is quite logical, however I suspect the provinces in question would be taking on a lot of operational risk should anything go wrong. If the province felt like they had years to deliver, they might take on that risk and try build their own versions of Aspiral and test these over several months. However the deadlines they are looking to meet are fast approaching, and any solution they are going to adopt is going to have their name and reputation all over it.. probably not the best time to be looking to save a few dollars IMO.

    With such stringent water quality requirements, it would be very embarrassing for these provinces if they spent all this money and installing these modules themselves for the water quality to not be met, and they will need to do a lot of investigating before they can determine what the issue is, and it probably will be their fault. No recourse to Fluence, as the modules are all Fluence will be responsible for.

    The need for provincial assembly facilities is a good indication of the scale of some of these contracts being negotiated. We are not talking 10's of units anymore... we are moving onto hundred's of units very very shortly.
