    Apologies for not being able to count to three team. @bridog - buy my number 1 (SQ) is the same as the loan (funding) required from generate capital. They are trying to get funding from Generate Capital in part for SQ... 40m is not chump change for a 300m MC and well north of 10% which could make things interesting if the MC heads further south and they need to raise 40m....
