    Hi @elleburra

Adam made it clear that no partner or customer staff would be used in assembly, it is under full Fluence staff control.

I asked Adam why the provinces want this arrangement and it simply comes down to Fluence setting up shop in their province and hiring locals so that it helps with their province's employment and collection of GST/VAT from manufacturing in their jurisdiction.

This arrangement shouldn't be unfamiliar to us, collect more taxes and help lower unemployment... all governments essentially want the same out of foreign investors.

So if Fluence will cough up some small initial capex to set up an assembly complex in their province that hires local people, the local government will pay Fluence back by signing up to multi-year deals.

That is a win/win for both parties and adds an incentive for the local government to keep buying from Fluence as stopping these orders will lead to increased unemployment in their province and lower tax collection.
