an excellent explanation from Adam and great to hear Fluence will retain full control. Just wish he would get out of the ASX 200 mindset.

Makes a lot of sense for the provinces and as you say it really does tend to tie the provinces to Fluence. I would not be surprised if Fluence can
negotiate very beneficial terms for any factory leases plus the waiving or reduction of local company taxes similar to the situation when they initially went into Changzhou.

If they can ink one or two of these deals it should mean a top second half of the year, we've waited quite a while to see larger contracts for rural WWTPs in China, maybe this is the year. I guess they needed a hint of some good news like this to offset the hiccups in San Q and Nirobox sales
however surely they would not have mentioned it in such detail unless negotiations were well advanced.
Wonder how successful the partners will be in the tenders?, there seems to be fairly keen competition but surely Aspiral MABR has to be a winner for many of the individual installations and after all we did see in one province over 3,000 terminals were in urgent need of repair/replacement. Probably the majority will require replacement particularly the buried ones which sound pretty 'terminal'.
