I don’t think retail shareholders should be too worried about scaleback. Why would you bother supporting the share offering at what will likely be a 10% discount at the very best - and judging by the direction Fluence shares are heading again - no discount or maybe a premium by the time the offer closes. Something smells about the way this company and the share price is constantly manipulated. I for one won’t be putting one more dollar into this company so someone can certainly take advantage of my fairly large holdings across 6x family interests or $90,000 worth of stock. Wish I never heard of Fluence.
