I had a missed call from The Board Room. Assume maybe ringing on behalf of Fluence. Obviously will be letting them know in polite terms I will not be investing $1 in the SPP, particularly given there is basically no financial benefit over buying on market. So much for rewarding the long suffering retail investors.
This is maybe managements strategy. Drive the price down, allow Ron and Richard to buy at a discount, dilute retail holders and make a bid to buy out all the minority’s at a fraction of the price we paid on market.
I certainly wouldn’t put it past these guys.
