Just received a follow up call from The Board Room re my interest in the SPP. Told my caller I had no interest in supporting the company any longer. Apparently the feedback has been mixed from shareholders - 50% saying they will participate and 50% saying they have no interest in the SPP giving numerous reasons for lack of interest.
Doesn’t sound like anyone interested in participating in the SPP will have to worry about scaleback judging by the response so far. My guess is that it will be undersubscribed and there will be a shortfall. Hopefully sends a clear message to management that they need to start giving more consideration to the forgotten smaller shareholders in Fluence.
