I didn't do it, but couldn't shareholders have just sold 15k of their holdings on market above 37, and then get 15k worth at 37 via the SPP... and scalp the difference
if some are doing this then the price will just be driven to 37 eventually until no one wants to play anymore...
then once the SPP is over move on to the next narrative...like the planet needs clean water people!
