It should contain an identical SPP pack to what was announced, except that there is an application form with your reference number that you will need to use to make the BPAY payment.

Refunds will take place on 30 November 2018 if there is a scale-back, so 7 business days after the offer closes.

Another thing to note is that an eligible shareholder can only apply for $15k in aggregate, so if you have shares in multiple accounts under the same name (joint or otherwise) ... they will only allow you to purchase up to $15k across all accounts. This makes it fairer for everyone. This is not a perfect process though, there are ways around it - for example having an account that is not under your name (trust, spouse, family member).
