well my post was not addressed to yourself, however in answer to your question the track record that stands out for me is a company that issues misleading statements to entice investors eg past ann's mentioning thousands of near term sales in China; more recent ann about being fully funded until profitable. The HUGE options issue to Henry plus recent post on here of him receiving a $2m/year package also does not help my regard for management of this comp. Only time will tell if the CR is simply to prevent them going broke. Just my views since I was asked. Am actually not interested in any argy bargy with posters.
