Highly unlikely.
The email that went out yesterday specifically said that AQM are now the exclusive provider for Aspiral MABR solutions in Australia.
They already have a full suite of products to deal with the larger plants you have highlighted, none of which appear to need any tech that Fluence holds exclusively. For example the Whitsunday plant specifically says it will incorporate an MBR, AQM are the exclusive distributors in Aus and NZ for Kubota MBR's. The other water treatment plant and water recycling plant look like they have the required technologies covered as well, with Quakers Hill selecting Nereda Aerobic Granular Sludge for the upgrade.
For mine it just looks like they will look for regional opportunities to implement Aspiral MABR plants in the normal decentralized type settings as part of the partnership.
