Why not delay any raising until after the share price is north of a dollar? Surely if the IC contract is only weeks away it would be more favourable for all shareholders to delay any raising? I think most would prefer less dilution. Perhaps those announcements stockrock mentions are dependent on additional funding but that certainly has not been communicated by management (with the exception of Chinese orders yet to be made).
