    I think they are actually quite low on cash ... and they probably have some big funding decision to make in the coming month.. so waiting on IC or any other deals was not really a luxury they could afford.

    They are trying to hit some very ambitious targets in Q4... so really, no time to waste... have to strike when the iron is hot!
