Just my personal opinion but I think that, in the event of a capital raising, existing shareholders should be entitled to know how and to whom the new shares were distributed, regardless of their substantial shareholder status. Although I can see the benefits of conducting this current CR I'm fed up with watching the share price and my investment eroded by the participating "sophisticated" investors, and some institutions, manipulating the market before and after each CR conducted by this company.
