If as you say there will be no reason for a CR when this is in the bank (and I agree) then we could say that there is no need for a CR at all, thus putting to bed all the speculation that the SP is being held down for he purposes of providing cheap shares to dilute the value of us "mug punters'" shares in favour of billionaires' friends.

As for a low ball takeover, you would have to take it that the whole board was corrupt along with many of the top 20 shareholders. Can't see that.

Tax losses? Who wants that? We would all have tax losses, pretty small compensation for losing investment cost.

Another factor is that Fluence is advertising it's brilliant products and expertise everywhere, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and by holding webinars, All the actions of a business trying to get ahead, hardly those of a company trying to hold it's share price down.

There's no way the share price is being held down, there's just no buying interest atm presumably because 1) we have yet to show a profit or positive cash flow and 2) contracts are not being announced often enough for the punters and 3) there has been a couple of incidents of over promising and under delivering. I'm sure this last one has caused some red faces on the board and disappointment in us punters, but appears to have been reversed now.

However we know that there are good contracts in the pipeline and are regularly assured that we will be EBITDA positive this year.

Watch the SP jump again on the next announcement of new business or the receipt of the IC cash.

Each us can play our part here, cumulative small efforts in support. If we "follow" Fluence on LinkedIn (or personal choice ie Twitter etc), that is signalled to your contacts on that media.

* I am very, very pleasantly surprised at the credentials and networks of the people / businesses I see 'liking' Fluences posts on LinkedIn, as well as their drawing a particular post or announcement to another LinkedIn user!

I have been noting this for some time, and agree with you that it is another tool FLC are savvy to.

It is coming.
