    deferred salaries without giving themselves free shares is refreshing! i have a few other companies where the board said they'll take reduced salaries in turn for issuing of shares, which in reality isn't really salary reduction

    considering global economic outlook FLC has done remarkably well and factories operating near BAU.

    i would have been ok with this announcement even if there was no pandemic
