    I didn’t find that call very reassuring given all the caveats they put out there in the Ivory Coast... which was meant to occur in April, but now pushed out to May.

    These conditions precedent are meant to be straight forward, and yet the Ivory Coast govt appears to be dragging it on.

    Fingers crossed it gets over the line in May, because US$16m won’t last very long.
