i wasnt sure if total production was going to be in US. Tom mentioned that they will be building a membrane facility in US for $1-2 million dependent on size. i thought that only meant the membranes would be produced.

I felt this was a response to obvious cost and focus in US, but also to mainly cover off on key parts being produced to satify the Buy America Policy.

Im not sure if all parts will be built in US and stand corrected.

As per the Quarter Activity Report, they are closing Israel Municipal Water and Wastewater operations. If all parts were produced in Israel, then would stand to reason that the new US membrane plant would produce them as well, but unsure.

I felt Tom was a bit dismissive of the plants in China, but that was just a feeling i got from his tone.

Anyway, lets hope the market is forward looking and management start regain some trust with tangible runs on the board to turn this trucker around.


IMO
