    you would imagine that if the $20 million initial IC payment had been received surely that would have warranted an announcement
    particularly considering that the cash balances are getting low?

    Also I could be mistaken but I believe the $50 million working capital facility was held up and not available pending a restart at San Q
    .
    Does anyone have any info on that?
