    Yes, I'm very interested in the same thing, imo it all depends on how they treat the IC contract. We know that cash receipts should include $20m from IC, but what percentage of the contract price they include as revenue should be based on the the percentage of project completion at end of December I think, @stockrock could confirm or amend that. Guess we're not gunna find out until end of March 2020.
